Healthy relationships, healthy families

Aspire Foundation is committed to providing support and advice around healthy relationships to both adults and children. We are invested in working to stop the cycle of abuse and unhealthy behaviours.

Healthy Relationship Programme in schools

Our Healthy Relationship programme is for children in years 5 and 6 and can be delivered in groups or to a whole class over a 6-week period.

Costings

We also offer bespoke package of support for individuals or small groups of pupils who are experiencing or displaying harmful behaviours.

£160 per session to include:

  • fully delivered and evaluated 2-hour session for whole class with 2 members of our team.

  • All resources included.

Total cost for full course of 6 weeks is £960.

Healthy Relationships Healthy Families.

We work in partnership with FearLess, formally SPLITZ Support Service, to deliver a Health Relationships Healthy Families Programme to support parents to understand the impact of domestic abuse and conflict on their children.

The Children and Young People Domestic Abuse Recovery Toolkit

The Children and Young People Domestic Abuse Recovery Toolkit is an 8-week programme, unique in its approach, using a combination of trauma-informed, resilience focused and specific trauma focused cognitive behaviour therapy underpinned by person-centred therapeutic principles.

The Adult Domestic Abuse Recovery Toolkit

The Adult Domestic Abuse Recovery Toolkit is a 12-week programme that helps participants understand the impact of having experienced domestic abuse, explains how they were prevented from leaving an abusive relationship and the thinking patterns developed as a method of managing the risk, which can hold people back in moving forward.

Individual’s own strengths, resources, coping skills and resilience are reinforced contributing to their health and wellness on a long-term basis.
