Are you an innovative ICT professional with a passion for making a real difference? Aspire Foundation is looking for a dedicated ICT Manager to lead our tech vision and support our mission across our Children's and Family Centre’s, Early Years settings, and two vibrant primary schools.
The Role
As our ICT Manager, you'll be the tech cornerstone of Aspire Foundation, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing all ICT systems to support teaching, learning, and administration. You’ll ensure that all our staff, from early years practitioners, family support workers, to primary educators, have the tools they need to deliver exceptional education and support. This role offers the chance to work collaboratively across our sites, enhancing the digital experience for staff, children, and families alike.
Key Responsibilities
• ICT Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement an ICT strategy that aligns with Aspire Foundation’s goals across all sites, including new digital learning initiatives.
• System Management: Oversee and maintain all ICT systems, networks, and devices, ensuring optimal performance, security, and accessibility.
• Support & Training: Provide hands-on ICT support and training to staff, enhancing their confidence and proficiency with technology in both educational and administrative tasks.
• Cybersecurity: Implement robust cybersecurity measures and protocols to safeguard our data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Innovation & Development: Drive digital transformation projects that improve our operational efficiency and educational offerings, from digital classrooms to streamlined administrative processes.

We're looking for Directors / Trustees who, along with the other Board members, will actively oversee the strategic direction and management of the Foundation, from operational, strategic and governance perspectives.
We have over 20 years’ experience of delivering successful, high-quality early intervention services and educational programmes to families with young children. These include family support services, children’s centres and early year’s settings.
You will contribute to the effective workings of the Board liaising with the Executive Head and Senior Management Team to provide direction and accountability.
As we are a small charity the role will include being involved in the recruitment processes for senior roles within the Foundation.
The Board of Directors meets regularly during the late afternoon, typically the number of meetings will be 6 per year

The former Parliament and Treetops settings have been refurbished and we are looking for enthusiastic staff to join us to ensure excellent child-care provision in the Stroud & Dursley areas. Our successful Nurseries in both Gardners Lane and Rowanfield also have vacancies to join the established teams.
All positions are term time only (39 weeks a year) as listed above and permanent unless specified.

Successful qualified candidates will work as Key Person to children aged 2-4 years to deliver high quality early years education. You will be a good communicator, who enjoys working with others as part of a team, with knowledge and experience of providing stimulating and exciting environments, rich in learning experiences. You need to be able to tell stories and sing songs, play games, enjoy messy play, and be happy to be outdoors in all weathers.

Successful candidates will ideally be qualified to a minimum of Level 2 in Early Years with willingness and a commitment towards achieving Level 3.
Approx. hours for full time staff are 8.30am - 4.30pm
