Work for us, support us

We follow Safe Recruitment Practices at all times

We are committed to creating a motivated workforce that is inspired to deliver a high-quality service to the children and families we work with.

As a member of the Aspire Foundation Team, we will offer you:

  • Support
  • Training
  • A workplace pension scheme

At the recruitment stage you will be asked to complete an interview and a task related to the post you are applying for.

References are requested for all short-listed candidates prior to interview and a clear disclosure record from the DBS before staff start with us.

We keep all paperwork related to the recruitment of any post for 6months after which it will be destroyed.

We aim to be an equal opportunities employer and are determined to ensure that no applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, age, disability, religion or belief, sexual orientation, marriage or civil partnership status, pregnancy or race.

Please email or telephone 01242 252185 for an application pack.

Volunteers play a significant role in helping us to deliver our services, providing rewarding opportunities for personal and skill development, strengthening work experience and employability.
