Early Years Fees
Sessions Available
Aspire accepts children from the age of 2 years.
These sessions are available to all children eligible for 15 hours funding or can be self-funded by parents/carers:
Morning Session 08:30am - 11:30am
Afternoon Session 12:30pm – 15:30pm
These sessions are available to all children eligible for 30 hours funding or can be self-funded by parents/carers:
Full Day Session 08:30am – 14:30pm
If you would like your child to stay to the end of the school day at 15:30pm (7 hours) an additional fee is applied. This is in line with our published hourly rate of childcare.
Opportunities to pay for non-funded places and additional nursery sessions or extras are offered subject to availability and may vary across settings. Bookings will be reviewed and confirmed when your child starts with us.
The cost for sessions is shown in the table of fees below. Invoices will be raised at the start of every half term and are to be paid in full within 30 days. Non-payment may result in your child’s hours with us being reduced and with legal action being taken against you.

If the invoice has not been paid within 7 working days of the due date, we will contact you and seek payment. If payment is not made as agreed, your child may be unable to attend the setting until the arrears have been cleared.
All bookings must be requested by completing a Booking form. Your booking is not completed until you have received confirmation. All booked sessions and extras are to be paid for. Fees are payable during periods of sickness & family holidays taken during term time. If your child is not attending a session as a result of sickness/holiday, please contact the centre and inform staff of the absence. If you wish to take your child on holiday during term time, please notify us in writing.
If you wish to withdraw your child from the setting, or change their hours with us, we require one months’ notice to be given in writing. Fees are payable until the end of the notice period. Should you wish to change any of your sessions, please discuss this with your Early Years Lead. Aspire Foundation will provide four week’s notice in writing of any changes.
