Noah's Ark - Next Steps in Mind Group

A warm, welcoming weekly drop‑in group for parents and caregivers of children under five, offering a relaxed space to connect, share experiences, and feel supported. The session is designed to help you meet others in a similar stage of life, talk through challenges, celebrate wins, and access gentle guidance or signposting if you need it. It’s also a natural next step for anyone who has previously attended Mothers in Mind, though the group is open to all parents and caregivers.

• Time: 12:30pm – 2:00pm
