Policies & Procedures
We have robust policies and procedures in place to ensure that as an organisation we deliver services in accordance with current legislation and to the highest standards possible.
Safeguarding
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in our care is paramount. We provide an environment where children are helped to feel secure, are encouraged to talk and be listened to.
All staff have undertaken child protection training in the identification of welfare concerns and actions to be taken when addressing concerns of a safeguarding nature.
Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is essential for children’s learning, development, and wellbeing. This policy outlines how we promote consistent attendance, monitor absences, address safeguarding concerns, and support families in maintaining regular nursery attendance.

Food and Nutrition Policy
We are committed to providing nutritious, balanced snacks in a safe and inclusive environment. We prioritise every child’s health, wellbeing, and dietary needs, while promoting healthy eating habits from an early age. Our approach respects cultural diversity and carefully manages allergies. We also work in partnership with parents and carers by sharing guidance on healthy eating to support nutritious packed lunches.
EYFS Policy
We strive to help every child reach their full potential through a caring, safe, and stimulating environment. We offer a broad and balanced curriculum with a mix of adult-led and child-initiated activities, encouraging independence, confidence, and a love of learning. By valuing each child as an individual, promoting diversity, and working in partnership with parents, we prepare children for school and lifelong learning.EYFS Policy

We have a zero-tolerance approach to abusive or aggressive behaviour in any form, ensuring a safe and positive environment for children, families, and staff.
