As Early Years Lead, you will lead with passion, purpose, and expertise, creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children flourish and staff feel empowered to deliver their very best.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a strong understanding of the EYFS and best practice
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes for all children
- Can inspire, motivate, and develop a team
- Leads with warmth, integrity, and high expectations
- Proven leadership experience within in early years or nursery setting
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a dedicated early years team at your allocated setting
- Ensuring outstanding standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
- Driving high-quality teaching and learning across the setting
- Building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the setting with professionalism and vision

Salary
Salary/Grade 7:
- Full time 37 hours/week, (term time only total of 39 week): - Actual salary £29,297.00 to £32,143.00 pa (Full time, all-year round equivalent £34,137.00 - £37,453.00)
