What You’ll Be Doing

No two days look the same—but they’re always full of purpose!  You will:

  • Spark imagination through inspiring play and hands on learning
  • Build secure, trusting relationships with children and families
  • Support children’s development through high-quality interactions
  • Observe, plan and celebrate children’s progress
  • Work as part of a warm, collaborative, supportive team
  • Bring fun, energy, and creativity into every moment

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who is:
Passionate about Early Years and child development

Full of energy, enthusiasm and kindness

Able to think on their feet (and sing and dance on them too!)

Ready to create joyful experiences—rain or shine

Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years (or working towards it)

Salary

Salary/Grade:   

Full time 37 hours/week - Actual salary £21,956.00 to £22,304.00 pa  (Grade 3 SP 5-6)

Part-time 22.5 hours/week - Actual salary £13,352.00 pa

Zero hours rate: £13.26 - £13.47/hour

 (FTE £25,583.00 to £25,989.00)

Gardners Lane Children & Family Centre, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 9JW

Oakwood Children & Family Centre, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL52 5QH

Hesters Way Children & Family Centre, Dill Avenue, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 0ES

Rowanfield Nursery setting, Alstone Lane, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 8HY
